Leatherette colors
Choose Light Brown / Black, Indigo / Black, OD Green / Black, Rawhide / Black, Black / Gold or Glossy Black / Black. The first color is the leatherette surface; the second is the color revealed by laser engraving.

Production and approval
Production takes 3–5 business days after we receive all personalization details, the pet photo and approval of the digital mockup. Because this is a custom product, approved personalized designs cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or contains an objective production error.
