At Sunkissed Decor, we take pride in creating high-quality, personalized pieces. Because of the nature of our products and services, this policy varies depending on the type of item or service purchased.
Custom & Personalized Orders
All custom and personalized items are final sale.
We create each piece based on the information and design preferences provided by the customer. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production begins.
Customers must review all details carefully before placing an order. We do not take responsibility for errors such as misspellings, incorrect dates, or inaccurate customization details.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item due to our error, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos for review. After reviewing your case, we will offer a replacement or a partial/full refund when appropriate.
Non-Custom Products
We accept returns for non-personalized or ready-made items within 7 days of delivery.
Items must remain unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Customers cover return shipping costs unless we sent a defective or incorrect item.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue the refund.
Event Rentals
We may require a deposit to secure rental bookings.
Depending on the cancellation timing, deposits may remain non-refundable. We determine any partial or full refund based on how much notice you provide before the event date.
Customers must return all rental items in the same condition as delivered. You assume responsibility for any damage, loss, or excessive wear beyond normal use.
We may apply additional fees for late returns, damaged items, or missing pieces.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping carriers handle all deliveries. We do not control delays caused by carriers or external events.
After we ship your order, you assume responsibility for the package. If your package is lost or stolen, contact the shipping carrier directly.
